1. What is a Pre-Order

A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet available for immediate shipping. Placing a pre-order reserves the item, and it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available in our stock.

2. Availability and Timeframes

The availability timeframe will be displayed on the product page and is only an estimate. This estimate may vary depending on supplier availability or logistical factors beyond our control.
If there is a significant change in the expected arrival date, Ventura Games will notify the customer using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payment is processed in full at the time of the pre-order to secure the reservation of the product.
The order is validated only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping of Pre-Orders

Shipping will only occur after the product has arrived at the Ventura Games warehouse.
The delivery timeframe shown at checkout begins only after the order has been dispatched, not from the date the pre-order was placed.
If the customer orders both pre-order products and in-stock products, the order may be shipped together unless the customer chooses separate shipments (when available).

5. Delays and Exceptional Situations

In the event of unforeseen delays or stock shortages, Ventura Games will contact the customer to offer an alternative product, store credit, or a full refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw and cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without needing to provide justification.
The product must be sealed, in its original packaging, and without any signs of opening or use; otherwise, no refund can be issued.
If the customer exercises this right, they will be responsible for all costs related to the chosen payment method, such as processing fees, banking commissions, and any other charges that are not part of the product price.
The refund will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected to verify compliance.

7. Acceptance of Conditions

By confirming the purchase, the customer accepts all the conditions of this pre-order policy, which forms an integral part of Ventura Games' terms of sale.
