What quality/condition can I expect for my items?

If you are placing an order for singles, they are allways in a Mint/Near Mint condition as our staff opens them directly from the packs to you.

When will my items be shipped?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our store the same business day the order is placed if the order is placed before the afternoon (GMT) of payment.

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

What about Pre-Sale items?

Pre-sale items are shipped the next business day after the release. We also reserve the right to refund you for the Pre-Sale items if for some reason they are removed, changed or discontinued from their companies.

When am I going to receive my order?

Most of them should be received within 1-3 weeks of your order date for international deliveries. If you live in Portugal, they should be delivered within 1-3 business days.

If you need your items to arrive faster we also offer express shipping in some countries. Please choose that option while placing your order.

If your order is taking too long to arrive or you have any concerns with the product, please feel free to Contact Us and we will do our best to help you out.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us via email info@venturacardgames.com as soon as possible.

If your order is already shipped, you can still have a refund if you send us back the wanted items to:

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking Track My Order in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us via email: info@venturacardgames.com.

My item is damaged, can I get a new one?

If your item got damaged in the mail for any reason, which does not happen often, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Can I be refunded?

If you do not receive your order or if you are not happy with it within 30 days of your purchase, you can ask for a refund.
